   Change the formatting of a cell or add descriptive content to it with conditional formatting.
   

   1. Create new conditional formatting rules.

   2. Manage existing conditional formatting rules in the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager.
      
      

3. Analyze data
   Sort and filter the data in the table using its conditional formatted cells.
   

   1. Sort the data in the table.

   2. Filter the data in table to concentrate on the relevant content.
