This will help you to move your body in a way that brings you more joy and fulfillment when dancing. And that’s what dance should bring us all. It’s a physical activity that builds your body, but it’s also an art form that can enrich, and express, your soul.

Added bonus! The more you practice isolations and body rolls, the better you’ll get at moving your body in all kinds of ways than you ever could before. That’s why I’ve included a bonus workout as the last lecture of this course. You’ll be led through a full workout of isolations and body rolls WITHOUT the explanations. That means that after you’ve gone through the entire course, you can just jump to the bonus workout several times a week until you’ve built up your muscles and flexibility to move like your favorite Latin, belly dance, Hip Hop, or other style of dancer.
