I am a student, what laptop should I buy??

If you are a student and you are preparing for your next course, maybe you are thinking of buying a laptop that has good requirements, meet your expectations and above all fit with your budget.

Below you will see a small guide for all those people who are interested in buying a laptop but do not know about the technical specifications that they may have.

What Should I Look For?

Technical Specifications

Storage, RAM and Processor, they are the most important when you are inquiring about a laptop.

Here comes something important to choose, there are two types of laptop hard drives, SSD and HDD.

THE HDD, hard drive in spanish,  It is composed of one or more plates of hard drives than when the computer has to do an action, This by means of a head is in charge of locating the position of this.

El SSD, solid state drive in spanish, unlike HDD, create blocks where information is saved, making your work more efficient and faster.

Our advice, SSD is the best option. The start is faster, there are few waiting times when opening applications, forget about the delay (lag), etc.

While SSDs tend to be more expensive than HDDs, its function of making our computer faster outweighs the cost. Besides that you can do the trick of buying an SSD with less storage (128 GB) exclusively for your operating system and buy an HDD with more storage for your files. Since both can be together on the same computer.

In this it is usually depends on your needs.

If only you will be in charge of making documents and presentations, the recommendation is that you choose 4 GB.

Nevertheless, if you plan to have many applications open at the same time, we can suggest you choose 8 GB.

Now that if yours is video editing, rendering and games, your option is 16 GB onwards. And a good video card.

Any option you choose, attached to an SSD on your computer, will be the fastest of all.

Currently the most used processors in the assembly of laptops are the Intel I3, I5, I7. Everyone has their own generation, we recommend choosing the highest number of this. For example; i7-10510U (106th Generation).
